Florida planners give go-ahead for $110 million center

The Florida Department of Community Affairs has given the go-ahead for a planned $110 million mixed-use project in Clermont. In addition to the 1.2-million-square-foot center, called Plaza Collina, the project would include 80,000 square feet of retail and entertainment space, mixed-use space and 200 townhomes.
