Lawsuit created method for students to escape military recruiters

A growing number of school districts are adopting means for students to withhold their names from military contact lists after a January lawsuit resulted in a new U.S. Department of Defense form that removes students from all military databases. Under NCLB, schools must send student information to the military and provide military recruiters with the same access as college recruiters and potential employers.
