Napster Japan to launch OTA music-subscriber service

Napster Japan has penned a deal with NTT DoCoMo to deploy its over-the-air music-subscription service, which will allow users to download full-length songs using their cell phones. Napster's service also includes PC integration, giving users the option of adding the music to their computers.
