Bill aims to reduce Wisconsin schools' use of restraints, seclusion

Wisconsin parents and disability advocates this week called for legislation that would restrict schools' use of isolation and physical restraints. Twenty states require training on the appropriate use of restraints and reporting of all incidents, but Wisconsin is not among them.
