The weak U.S. economy may force President Barack Obama to postpone his plan for immigration reform. The president supports legislation that would legalize millions of illegal immigrants and create a new guest-worker program. However, experts say he will receive limited support from voters and lawmakers because the nation is facing its highest unemployment rate in 25 years.
