Ohio frames $1.4B economic development plan to create more jobs

Ohio has lost more than a half million jobs in the last 10 years and is looking for a way to get its economy moving in the right direction. It now has 400 people working full-time on the state's economic development agenda, compared to California's 25. One project under consideration is the conversion of acres of farmland into massive industrial parks.
