Analysis: Insurers can remake health care overhaul if law is nixed

If the Supreme Court rules that the health care law is unconstitutional, insurers and employers can take the lead on changing health care coverage, experts say. Private insurance exchanges may grow in prominence, as could programs that reward workers for eating healthily and not smoking. Some insurers also are likely to continue allowing adult children to stay on their parents' policies through age 26.
