Calif. airport will build new general aviation terminal

Long Beach Airport in California is looking for a location to build a new general aviation terminal. The existing terminal is being displaced by construction of a car-rental hub. "Our goal is not to lose another tie-down or hangar spot for general aviation, and to be able to develop on other areas in the airport where we could have a thriving general aviation community again," said Kevin McAchren of the Long Beach Airport Association.
