Social ROI is MIA for U.K. firms

A survey of U.K. firms found that only 10% of them measure their social media ROI, EPiServer says. Despite that, the majority of U.K. companies are increasing their social media activity, with marketers spending an average of an hour per day using social media tools, while 29% of companies said they'd set up a social channel in the past year without having a clear handle on the benefits of the site.
