Student files disability lawsuit against Ore. college

A lawsuit against Portland State University in Oregon claims the university has discriminated against students with disabilities. Student Cindy Leland, who cannot hear, along with the Fair Housing Council of Oregon, filed the suit. It alleges discrimination related to policies disallowing service dogs in some campus housing, as well as in certain science labs where required courses are taught.
