Toy-maker tests Facebook-linked online reviews

Toy-maker Step2 relies on online reviews to help market its products, but now it's adding a social layer, online marketing director Tena Crock says. Customers can link their Facebook profiles to their reviews on the company's branded website, and can opt to have their reviews cross-posted to their Facebook news feed. "Moms are running Facebook. They're basically doing our word-of-mouth marketing," Crock says.
