Cuomo announces plan to boost N.Y. dairy herds

Dairy farms in New York state will need to have 299 cows instead of 199 in order to be classified as a concentrated Animal Feeding Operation, according to an announcement from government Andrew Cuomo. The move is aimed at increasing the milk supply for Greek yogurt manufacturers in the state.
