How countries are using OECD data to improve education

In this blog post, Andreas Schleicher, special adviser on Education Policy to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, writes about how OECD data can help countries identify their education strengths and weaknesses, and make improvements. Among the countries making such improvements are the Czech Republic, which has launched evaluations and assessments based on national exams and sought to improve the quality of educators, he writes.
