How to create a manageable to-do list

Busy entrepreneurs can seek a better work-life balance without wrecking the business by making their to-do lists more focused, writes Victor Cheng. Make notes on your to-do list of the financial value of each task, such as writing down how much money a client's contract is worth next to a reminder to return that client's phone call. Organize tasks by greatest value to least and focus your attention on completing the top 50% of your list most days of the week, he writes.
