Social media snaps, crackles and fizzles for Kellogg's

Kellogg's has a patchy track record when it comes to social media, David Moth writes. The breakfast brand scored a hit on Facebook with its Pop-Tarts page, which uses cartoons to keep people interested, but its other brands haven't fared as well despite using a similar strategy. Worse, all of the company's Twitter accounts failed to attract more than a few thousand followers apiece, Moth writes.
