ECRI issues report on top 10 patient safety issues

A report by the ECRI Institute has identified 10 major patient safety concerns to aid provider organizations in setting priorities. Reporting errors in test results, poor care coordination, drug shortages and problems with data integrity were among the top concerns included in the list.
