The new Epicurean Hotel in Tampa, Fla., features the Evangeline spa, a food-based spa designed by consultant WTS. The spa, which has five treatment rooms, includes the "Chef-to-Treatment Spa Bar," where guests can extract herbs from a plant display. "Guests will have the opportunity to work with a spa sommelier to create custom products using locally grown cilantro and mint mixed with fresh fruits and essential oils. This will create a truly unique spa and culinary experience for guests," said Susie Hammer, vice president of WTS' spa operations.
