Hitachi Data Systems lines up clients for cloud infrastructure

Hitachi Data Systems is touting Continuous Cloud Infrastructure, which includes the Hitachi Storage Virtualization Operating System, and says it's partnering with Microsoft, SAP and VMware so its offerings will fit with other applications. The company says ING Group, Rabobank and Telefonica Germany will be customers. It also says Hitachi Unified Compute Platform has been enhanced, and that it launched Hitachi Virtual Storage Platform G1000 and a new version of Hitachi Command Suite.
