Mobile game companies seek big spenders with install ads

Mobile game companies are a big reason behind Facebook's advertising success, with some developers paying up to $20 per ad on Facebook. The companies are using Facebook's targeted ads to seek out users who are inclined to spend hundreds on in-game purchases. "Even though maybe 5% of game users convert to spend money, they make an entire ecosystem profitable," said David Edri, vice president of RadiumOne's Engage.
