Report: WPP interested in buying 24/7 Real Media

Interactive firm 24/7 Real Media is for sale, and competition is expected to be intense, in light of Google's recent $3.1 billion acquisition of ad-serving firm DoubleClick. The New York Post is reporting that WPP Group is in talks to acquire 24/7 Real Media, and that based on recent valuations, the agency could fetch upwards of $600 million.
