Study touts benefits of flavored milk

Chocolate or strawberry milk might be just as good for children as plain milk. A new study found that children who drank flavored milk still had the same potassium, vitamin A and calcium intake as those who drank the plain variety. Researchers also found that the sweeteners in flavored milk did not affect children's BMI levels.
