Climate bill's unveiling is postponed after Sen. Graham backs away

The unveiling of the compromise climate bill in the Senate will not happen today after Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., on Saturday ended participation in the measure because of a dispute with the Democratic leadership over the timing of votes for immigration and climate legislation. Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., who is crafting the bill with Graham and Sen. Joe Lieberman, I-Conn., announced a temporary postponement of the bill's introduction due to "external issues."
