Developers compete for minority stake in Freedom Tower

The steel structure for the $3.1 billion Freedom Tower is finally going up at the site of New York's World Trade Center, and developers are now clamoring for space. Four real estate developers are competing to purchase a minority stake in the tower; the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey will evaluate the offers and select a winner by June.
