Sen. Graham returns to climate-bill discussions

Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., has reportedly returned to working on the compromise climate bill with co-sponsors Sens. John Kerry, D-Mass., and Joseph Lieberman, I-Conn. Graham had withdrawn his participation in the initiative Saturday because of plans by Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., to prioritize immigration reform over climate legislation. Graham's withdrawal prompted the postponement of the bill's rollout, which had been scheduled for today.
