Some Utah school districts are lagging on stimulus spending

Some school districts in Utah have yet to spend significant portions of federal stimulus money meant for special education and schools in low-income areas. Some officials say they are weighing how to spend the funds quickly and wisely, but districts that do not spend their money by fall 2011 will have to return it to the federal government.
