Jack Sparrow, the dreadlocked antihero of Disney's "Pirates of the Caribbean" movie franchise, is a master of conjuring harebrained schemes out of thin air -- and business leaders could use a touch of his swashbuckling creativity in their organizations, writes Mike Figliuolo. Like Sparrow, Figliuolo says, the best corporate innovators are lovable rogues who break the rules but create tangible value in doing so. "If you're truly committed to innovation, pursue it boldly. The force of will is a force to be reckoned with," he writes.
