Elders head to Pyongyang for talks

Former U.S. President Jimmy Carter has traveled to North Korea with three other former European leaders in a bid to end a political standoff between Pyongyang and Seoul over 2010 military operations. Carter and others in the group, which includes former Finnish President Martti Ahtisaari, are members of The Elders -- a group of world leaders formed by South Africa's Nelson Mandela.
