Japan considers underground walls to stop leaks from nuclear plant

The Japanese government is thinking about building underground walls around the damaged reactors of the Fukushima nuclear plant to prevent radioactive water from seeping out. The barrier would encircle the entire reactor site and extend far underground to a layer that would not absorb water.
