Some servers say tip-sharing policies work in their favor

Tips are up as the economy improves and consumers dine out more often, but at a growing number of eateries in Florida and other parts of the country, servers don't keep the whole thing. Chains including Darden-owned Olive Garden and Red Lobster are among the restaurants that have tip-sharing arrangements meant to compensate busboys, bartenders and other staffers who keep meals running smoothly.
