Children with neurological problems often turn to CAM therapy

Children who suffer from frequent headaches, migraines or epilepsy were twice as likely to use complementary and alternative medicine as children in the general population, a study found. Researchers also found that teens with neurological conditions were more likely to seek CAM therapies than younger children. The findings were presented at an American Academy of Neurology meeting.
