Kraft discovers the "freemium" makes best app recipe

Kraft has tripled the downloading of its mobile application iFood Assistant since December by dropping the app's 99-cent price and instead charging for some premium content. The so-called "freemium" model is the "sweet spot," says Kraft's director of innovation and new services, Ed Kaczmarek.
