Rebates from health insurers are estimated at $1.2B, analyst says

Health insurance companies will return $1.2 billion in last year's profits to policyholders, according to an estimate by a Goldman Sachs Group analyst. The rebates come as the federal health care law caps insurers' overhead costs at 20% of revenue from premiums.
