Bionomics begins manufacture of anti-cancer stem cell treatment

Bionomics has begun production work for BNC101, its stem cell therapy candidate for cancer, at its U.K. plant in Slough. "The start of manufacturing activities for BNC101 signals a significant step towards clinical trials," said Bionomics' CEO and managing director, Dr. Deborah Rathjen. The firm expects clinical studies to start next year.
