NTSB continues investigation into 787 battery issue

The National Transportation Safety Board is conducting a hearing on how the Federal Aviation Administration allowed Boeing to set the parameters for testing the 787 Dreamliner. "We are looking for lessons learned, not just for the design and certification of the failed battery, but also for knowledge that can be applied to emerging technologies going forward," said NTSB's Chairman Deborah Hersman.
