Report: 63,000 U.S. bridges are in urgent need of repair

The U.S. has 63,000 "structurally compromised" bridges in need of repair, according to the American Road & Transportation Builders Association analysis. The report adds to the sentiment about the impending insolvency of the Highway Trust Fund: "We're at a critical crossroad," says Randall Over, president of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
