Avoid bad decisions through good group management

Bad group dynamics contributed to the financial collapse, but there are easy ways to foster good decision making, writes Bob Sutton, elaborating on a Wall Street Journal column by Jason Zweig. Sutton's advice: Keep committees small. Divide up the team to develop varying points of view. And, if you're the boss, step away to abate authority issues.
