Chocolate quest leads to Bolivia

Alex Whitmore, co-founder of Taza Chocolate, says he found a distinctive cocoa bean growing wild in Bolivia. He described it as having "a delicate, nuanced, floral flavor that's different than any cocoa I've tried before," and said his company is working with the local population to find ways to produce the beans for use in chocolate.
