Corps of Engineers helps to restore New York wildlife refuge

The Army Corps of Engineers is transporting debris from the dredging of New York Harbor to restore a wildlife refuge. The Corps is helping restore the islands in Jamaica Bay, located off the Queens and Brooklyn shoreline, in a partnership with the National Park Service and other agencies.
