Senate Republicans may filibuster regulatory-reform bill

Senate Republicans may filibuster to delay debate on regulatory-reform legislation. Democrats want to vote today to take up the debate, but Republicans argue it is too soon for the full Senate to consider the 1,300-page bill. Democrats have 59 votes in the Senate, one short of the 60 needed to override a filibuster.
