Survey: Hiring, wage outlook brightens

A survey by The National Association for Business Economics found 37% of employers plan to hire more workers in the next six months -- up from 29% in January. The majority of employers -- 46% -- say they plan no staffing level changes, although 26% report paying higher wages and salaries.
