Texans warm to rail travel

Texas missed out on the latest round of federal high-speed rail financing, but passengers across the state are showing their interest by riding existing rails more often. Amtrak has seen its ridership increase as it makes improvements to its service in the state -- one of several steps that are helping to grow support for high-speed railways in Texas.
