NLRB toughens its stance on labor violations

The National Labor Relations Board is aggressively pursuing an agenda to expand workers' rights, enforce rules against unfair labor practices and impose higher penalties for violations of the National Labor Relations Act. Employees and unions may have more incentive to file charges, and managers should carefully consider policies and regulations when making decisions, experts say.
