Duncan grads can take Tenn. bar exam; school appeals ABA decision

Graduates of the Duncan School of Law at Lincoln Memorial University will be able to take the bar exam in Tennessee, even though the American Bar Association has so far refused to grant the school provisional accreditation. The Tennessee Board of Law Examiners has given the school an extension of its state preliminary accreditation. Meanwhile, the school has appealed the ABA's decision not to grant accreditation and is waiting for the outcome of that appeal.
