Marks & Spencer rolls out clothing-recycling program

Marks & Spencer stores in the U.K. will begin accepting used clothing donations to resell, recycle into new fabric or donate to Oxfam. "We want to get back one garment for every one we sell," said CEO Marc Bolland. "It is a big number, but with our customers' help, we will do it."
