Room service at Hotel Bel-Air in L.A. gets an iPad upgrade

The iconic Hotel Bel-Air in Los Angeles has begun integrating iPad technology into its guest services by placing an iPad in every room. Guests can use the device to order room service. The hotel reports that 75% of room-service orders are now being done through iPads versus the traditional phone-in method, this feature says.
