Blogger Scott Spangler points to an analysis of health records by the U.S. Air Force that shows that pilots of unmanned aerial vehicles were more likely than aircraft pilots to suffer from several combat-related conditions. "As the number of combatants suffering from post-traumatic stress syndrome increases, everyone should accept that the consequences of combat are more than physical," he writes.
