Minneapolis property to become boutique hotel

Downtown Minneapolis' Fairmont Hotel will undergo a $14 million renovation to remake it into a boutique hotel called the Chambers, after the same kind of hotel in New York. Ralph Burnet, chairman of Coldwell Banker Burnet Realty, is leading the investment group behind the renovation.
