49ers need public to kick in $160 million for new stadium

The San Francisco 49ers expect that in order to finance their new $854 million stadium, the public will need to contribute about $160 million. In a presentation, the team's chief financial officer, Larry MacNeil, also said a Santa Clara city-created authority would be needed to help fund the project.
