Kennedy-Dingell plan for universal health care called "brilliant"

Dr. Tim Johnson, speaking on TV's "Good Morning America," called a proposal for universal health coverage introduced in Congress by Sen. Edward Kennedy, D-Mass., and Rep. John Dingell, D-Mich., "politically brilliant" and "bold." The plan, which would give all Americans access to health care within five years, would give the uninsured a choice of using Medicare or the federal employees' health plan.
