Pain relief may be connected to diet

Physicians and dietitians say that there may be a connection between food and pain and that some dietary changes can provide relief from indigestion, diabetes, headaches and even arthritis. Omega-3 fatty acids have pain-relieving effects, and whole grains and whole fruit may have anti-inflammatory effects.
